Our church has been renting a storage unit for over a year . We also have a space outdoors. Thankfully to the kindness and help of the staff at Doane Road Storage, we have always had all of our questions answered and plenty of help from them. Ed has been especially kind, with our new indoor storage unit rental.

We've been with Doane Road Storage for many years. Recently, their payment system didn't handle an accidental prepayment we made by mistake, which was our fault. This caused the system to stop sending invoices, leading to frustration and confusion on our end. We reached out to the company, but Ed was the one who took the time to investigate the issue with honesty and provide a clear explanation and solution. Thank you, Ed, for your honesty and excellent customer service!

We were very happy with our experience at Doane Road Storage. Ed was a pleasure to deal with and the hours and location were very convenient for us. Easy entry after hours, very clean and safe facility. They have many storage options, we chose the larger outside entry unit which was easily accessible. I highly recommend this company if you're in need of storage solutions.
