We've been with Doane Road Storage for many years. Recently, their payment system didn't handle an accidental prepayment we made by mistake, which was our fault. This caused the system to stop sending invoices, leading to frustration and confusion on our end. We reached out to the company, but Ed was the one who took the time to investigate the issue with honesty and provide a clear explanation and solution. We were very happy with our experience at Doane Road Storage. Ed was a pleasure to deal with and the hours and location were very convenient for us. Easy entry after hours, very clean and safe facility. They have many storage options, we chose the larger outside entry unit which was easily accessible. I highly recommend this company if you're in need of storage solutions.
